• Flooring: laminate wood (Swiss Krono).
• Roofing: ArmourShield shingle tiles with full waterproofing.

Electrical

• Internal installation including 4 double sockets, 3 switches, 1 main control panel, 1 heater switch, and a smoke detector.
• Upgrade provisions for USB outlets and smart switches.
• LED lighting throughout (interior and exterior).

Plumbing & Sanitary

• Complete internal plumbing installation.
• Bathroom built with exterior-grade fiberglass-reinforced drywall, full wet-area sealing, and electric ventilation.
