MTB 70 Barn House
A compact single-storey house built for people who want a full home without a single step. The entire 53.7 m² of usable space sits on one level: an open living room with kitchen, two independent bedrooms, a bathroom and a clearly planned hallway that connects everything without wasted circulation space. It is the kind of layout that works equally well for a couple, a small family, or anyone who simply prefers not to live around a staircase.
At the centre of the house is a bright living zone combining lounge, dining and kitchen in one open space. The two bedrooms sit on the opposite side of the plan, giving proper separation between the social and private parts of the house — a detail that matters as much for daily comfort as for resale or rental appeal. A simple gable roof and a clean, modern volume give MTB 70 a timeless look, while generous glazing keeps the living area bright and open toward the garden. At 6.4 × 10.8 m, the footprint stays compact enough to suit narrower plots without compromising on room sizes.
